  1. WORKING HOURS: 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday (HYBRID WORK)

The Digital Marketing Executive (Content Creator) reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), CEO Office, Singapore HQ, Asia-Pacific Region.

3. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the content for the daily Social Media Marketing Posts for the Corporate Social Media Accounts including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and You Tube, including the management of Social Media Chatter.
  • Identify relevant industry “hot topics” and create educational Blog posts addressing these topics.
  • Create, manage, and optimize the Google AdWords Strategy, Content, and Dashboard to maximize Google AdWord Sales Lead Generation as per specific Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Budgets allocated.
  • Create, manage, and optimize the Social Media Accounts Advertising Strategies, Content, and Dashboards to generate Sales Lead Generation, as per specific Budgets allocated.
  • Create exciting content for Explainer Videos to be published on the Corporate Websites and You Tube Accounts.
  • Create meaningful content for Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) Flyers and Campaigns.
  • Generate dynamic content for PowerPoint Presentations, Flyers, and Brochures to be utilized by Sales Executives to maximize the success of their sales activities.
  • Create impactful content and internal communications strategies and campaigns related to Employee Engagement and Employer Branding.
  • Identify industry-relevant Affiliate Marketing Websites, Blogs, and Influencers for advertising and editorial purposes to increase SEO Rankings and Sales Lead Generation.
  • Analyze Social Media Platform optimization strategies and functionality such as Facebook for Business to facilitate Sales Lead Generation.
  • Support the design and development of Return on Investment (ROI) Calculator Sales Tools to be integrated into Sales and Marketing Collateral such as the Corporate Website and PowerPoint Presentations.
  • Ensure effective “Calls to Action” are integrated into all Marketing Collateral to maximize Sales Lead Generation and also guarantee that all Client “Touchpoints” and communication channels are supervised.
  • Create and update impactful content for Email Signatures (incorporating the Social Media Accounts), Business Cards, and Stationary.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of an Omnichannel Digital Marketing Strategy with a cross-channel content strategy that improves the end-user experience and maximizes the Sales Lead Generation.
  • Manage the Corporate Websites in regards to Content Updates, new System Functionality, and new System Architecture.
  • Ensure that the Corporate Websites incorporate the latest Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to achieve a consistently high organic Google Search Ranking.
  • Manage the Live Chat Solution and Activities for the Corporate Websites with potential Clients.
  • PLEASE NOTE:
    (i) Some of the above referenced Roles and Responsibilities will be implemented with the support of external resources who would need to be identified and managed.
    (ii) All of the above referenced Roles and Responsibilities will be implemented with the support of an internal Creative Designer.

 Qualifications

  • At least 2 – 5 years of relevant functional working experience as a Marketing Executive.
  • Able to demonstrate a portfolio of work related to Content Creation, Copywriting, or in a similar role.
  • Must be a Native English speaker.
  • Must have outstanding English written communication skills with a wide and sophisticated vocabulary, as well as perfect spelling and grammatical structure.
  • Must demonstrate a flair for creative writing and unique, exciting, and impactful content creation.
  • A general understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Functionality, and Data Analytic Dashboards such as Google Analytics and Monster Analytics would be an advantage.
  • Familiar with the features and functionality of Social Media Accounts including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and You Tube, either at a Business-to-Business (B2B) or personal level.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills.

Location

  • Candidates must base either in Vietnam or Singapore.
