Assisting in lead generation:
- Collaborate with the team to execute targeted digital campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, email marketing, and webinars.
- Learn about inbound marketing strategies and contribute ideas to optimize our website and create lead magnets.
- Familiarize yourself with sales prospecting tools to identify and qualify leads.
- Help maintain contact databases by updating accurate and relevant information.
Supporting lead nurturing efforts:
- Engage with qualified leads through personalized communication channels like email and phone calls, with guidance and support from the team.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of lead nurturing campaigns to guide leads through the sales funnel.
- Learn how to provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from leads, with guidance from experienced professionals.
Collaboration with the team:
- Work closely with the sales team to learn from their expertise and assist them in qualifying and transferring leads for further engagement.
- Share insights and data on lead generation efforts to contribute to the improvement of overall campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate on sales strategies, gaining exposure to real-world business discussions.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools, including lead generation tools and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and a team player.
